Uptime settings

The Uptime Monitor settings of one website: whether monitoring is on, the global configuration it uses, the keyword check, the path checked, the redirect check and when the next check runs. A website gets its settings when it is assigned to a global configuration, either with “Assign websites to an uptime global configuration” or through the default configuration when the website is created. Each website’s settings have their own id, found in the site_preset_uptime include of “Retrieve a website” or in meta.updated of the assign request. Moving a website to another global configuration here keeps its status; assigning it with the assign request always switches it on.
