Update a client

Changes the fields you send on a client and leaves the others as they are. Your role must be allowed to update the client: a collaborator can update only the clients they created; an owner or an administrator can update any client. A contact id answers 404.

Body

  • name (string, optional): at most 255 characters, not blank when sent.
  • last_name (string or null, optional): at most 255 characters.
  • company (string or null, optional): at most 255 characters.

Personal access token created in the Modular DS dashboard; read-only tokens can only call GET endpoints.
