Retrieve the authorization server metadata (path form)

Returns the same authorization server metadata document as “Retrieve the authorization server metadata”, at the path RFC 8414 defines for a client that appends the resource path (here mcp) to the well-known address. Use whichever form your client builds.

Public, served at the root of the MCP host, without the /api prefix.
