Update an uptime global configuration

View as MarkdownOpen in Claude

Updates one Uptime Monitor global configuration. Send only the fields you want to change.

  • It changes the shared settings of every website that uses the configuration. Changing interval reschedules every enabled website that uses it; the other fields apply from the next check.
  • A single website’s own settings (keyword, path, redirects) are not edited here: see “Update a website’s uptime settings”.
  • default: true makes it the configuration new websites receive and takes the mark off the previous one; default: false clears it.
  • It does not change which websites use the configuration: use “Assign websites to an uptime global configuration”.
