Returns one Malware Scanner global configuration: its tier, schedule, the file extensions and maximum file size it applies and whether new websites receive it by default. Ids come from “List Malware Scanner global configurations”.

Unlike the list, the answer always carries sites_count, the number of websites that use the configuration.
