Create configuration | Modular DS

Creates a notification configuration with no websites and no Contacts. Answers 201 with the resource and a Location header. The saved test script sets the alert_id collection variable from the response, so the other requests in this folder can be run right after this one.

Body (JSON):

name (string, required, max 30).
default (boolean, optional) - marks it the organization’s default configuration.
status (string, optional): enabled | disabled.
email_channel, whatsapp_channel, slack_channel, discord_channel (boolean, optional) - which channels are active; a channel still needs its own organization permission and, for Slack/Discord, a saved integration to actually notify.
items (array, optional): [{type, status}] - type one of the alerting event types, status enabled|disabled. A dependent event (e.g. vulnerability.discovered.critical) answers 422 unless its base event (vulnerability.discovered) is enabled, in the same payload or already stored.

Requires a full-access token (read-only tokens answer 403). The retired dotted keys (e.g. "uptime.down": true) are rejected as unknown fields.
