The site’s maintenance-mode settings, served as the sites resource extended with five extra attributes that appear only on this endpoint: maintenance_status (on / off), maintenance_noindex, maintenance_background, maintenance_description and maintenance_title.

Sites of other organizations answer 404. The MCP twin of this endpoint is the sites-maintenance-show tool.
