Delete Broken Links configuration | Modular DS

Deletes one Broken Links Checker global configuration. Answers 204 with no body. The scans already run are not touched.

Only a configuration no website uses can be deleted: while websites still use it the call answers 409. Move those websites to another configuration first with “Assign websites to a Broken Links configuration”.

Requires a full-access token (read-only tokens answer 403). A configuration of another organization answers 404.
