A new tag is always added at the end of the list; reposition it afterwards with "Update a tag". **Body** - `name` (string, required): the tag's name, at most 30 characters. It must be unique among your organization's tags, otherwise the request answers 422. - `color` (string, required): a hex color, for example `#FF5733`.
