Use it to change a website's labels without resending the whole list. Repeating a call is safe: adding a tag the website already carries, or removing one it does not carry, changes nothing. Returns the website. **Body** - `add_tags` (array of integers, required unless `remove_tags` is sent): ids of the tags to attach. - `remove_tags` (array of integers, required unless `add_tags` is sent): ids of the tags to detach. **Errors** - **422**: a tag id appears in both lists or matches no tag. The id of a tag that belongs to another organization is ignored, not rejected.
