# Delete tasks

DELETE https://api.modulards.com/api/public/v1/site-tasks
Content-Type: application/json

Deletes the tasks you list in `tasks`, up to 50 ids in one call. A deleted task cannot be restored through the API and is removed for good after two weeks.

Your role must be allowed to delete tasks; without it the request answers 404.

**Body**
- `tasks` (array of integers, required): ids of the tasks to delete, 1 to 50.

**Errors**
- **404**: an id is not a task your token can reach. One unreachable id refuses the whole call and nothing is deleted.
- **422**: `tasks` is missing, empty, has more than 50 ids or contains an id that is not a task.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Personal access token created in the Modular DS dashboard; read-only tokens can only call GET endpoints.
