# Update site tags

PATCH https://api/public/v1/sites/{site}/tags
Content-Type: application/json

Adds and/or removes tags on the site, with explicit non-toggle semantics: `add_tags` attaches, `remove_tags` detaches, and both directions are idempotent (adding a tag the site already carries or removing one it does not carry is a no-op).

Body parameters:
- `add_tags` (integer array): exact ids of the tags to attach. Every tag must belong to your organization.
- `remove_tags` (integer array): exact ids of the tags to detach. Same constraint.

At least one of the two arrays is required, and a tag id present in both answers 422. Answers 200 with the site document; pass `include=tags` to receive the resulting tags relationship.
