# Broken Links Configurations

Broken Links Checker global configurations: the named scan schedules you assign to websites - what is checked (internal links, external links, mixed content) and how the plugin reads the page content before extracting links. Create, read, edit and delete them here, and assign a selection of websites to one; one configuration can be marked the default for new websites. The list lives in "Presets" ("List broken link presets"). How one website is scanned is under "Broken Links Services".

The configuration itself is always enabled: scans are paused per website, never here.
